Replace these unhealthy foods with healthier alternatives.

Whether you are barbecuing at home, at the beach, or eating at a restaurant, don’t neglect your health this 4th of July.  Grill your meats instead of frying them, drink fruit juice instead of soda pop, and remember that the fat and calories of condiments can add up.  Of course this is not to say that you can’t let loose a little and enjoy our nation’s birthday, just try to keep in mind the healthy lifestyle we are all hoping to maintain.  After your holiday celebrations end, make sure to get back into your regular Obsidian Slide Board workout routine!
